      What to Expect (Job Responsibilities):
      - Review, analyze, and evaluate business user needs to create Application System solutions
      - Document system requirements and create system specifications
      - Function as a liaison between IT and system users
      - Participate in ERP Implementations for consistent use of the Plex ERP system
      - Provide timely resolution of issues and support requests within assigned area of module responsibilities

      What is Required (Qualifications):
      - Bachelor's degree in Business Management, Information Systems, Supply Chain, or Engineering related fields
      - 2+ years of experience as a Business Analyst in a manufacturing environment
      - 1 to 2 years of Plex System Deployment and Plex support experience
      - Strong knowledge of Plex Systems and modules
      - Knowledge of SQL, ODBC, Web Services, and Plex report writing
      - Strong knowledge of General Supply Chain and Manufacturing Principles

      How to Stand Out (Preferred Qualifications):
      - Knowledge of Plex Systems Label Development Module
      - Experience in Quality, Shipping & Receiving, Inventory, and Labels modules
      - Familiarity with General Quality Management System principles
      - Proficiency in MS Office (Word, Excel, PowerPoint, Outlook)
      - Strong communication and collaboration skills
