• industry experience with 5+ years of providing direct sales or sales-trading coverage as an equity options specialist. Able to compose and effectively communicate actionable and relevant transactional ideas via listed options, individual equities, and ETFs. Some wealth management experience is preferred but not required.
• driven and sales oriented with a history of delivering results.
• strong verbal and written communication skills. Must be a polished public speaker.
• team Oriented.
• able to be resilient and manage stress in a fast paced, dynamic trading floor environment.
• bachelor’s degree required
