Core facets: Strategic partnering, content construction, and project management
PMG specific content construction and creation to support the performance coaches in their coaching and leadership practices and help in building and growing their practice
Work closely with subject matters within PMCG to leverage tools and resources to support the development of our financial advisors and their teams.
Run and analyze data to identify opportunities and identify needs/opportunities to different audiences (FAs, team specialists and managers and MEs/RDs/OMT)
Create, source, customize and curate resources to create scalable solutions, in partnership with other teammates and partners
Work on PMG focused projects including the evolution of the Elite Growth Practice and the website to enhance the overall experience
Manage and maintain off the shelf content to be easily leveraged by the field and coaches in a self-serve way
Build and execute multi-phase plans to deliver on key projects for the team
Measurements: Speed to market, viewership and usage, qualitative feedback, and strength of partnerships across GWIM to source relevant content.
Excellent organizational skills and the ability to balance multiple projects at once
Strong PowerPoint and Excel skills – with the ability to deliver presentations to small groups
Solid understanding of how a wealth management team operates and delivers value to clients, including an understanding of the various roles on advisor teams
Ability to build strong relationships and act as a team player
Ability to influence and collaborate across organization to deliver outcomes

Job Description:
Manages diverse administrative functions usually for a very large, complex department or for a complete line of business that may be regional or national in scope, often requiring associates in one or more location. Functions managed may include: financial control/budgeting and consolidation, personnel processes, audit/compliance, premises, and coordination of certain projects, associate training, service quality, process improvement, business continuity, or communication. Consults with senior management in evaluating current methods and developing strategies to implement changes and improvements. Requires a thorough knowledge of the department or business units functional area or products. Working knowledge of general bank policies, programs and procedures and financial/accounting practices. Generally has full management responsibility over a relatively large team and may manage one or more levels of managers.
Leads the support/administrative functions for a somewhat large department usually at a local level. Responsibilities may include budget analysis and recommendations, operations analysis, identification and resolution of work flow issues, associate training, service quality, process improvement. Resolves personnel, audit and/or budget issues by researching and analyzing unusual problems, administers bank programs and policies and provides interpretation to department. Requires an in-depth knowledge of bank policies and programs and of the departments functional operations. May direct workflow activities.Key Responsibilities:
