We are looking for a PMO Lead - Business Transformation (M/W) , who works for DACH (focus on Germany) and BeNe regions, reporting to our office in Helmond, Netherlands.

What will you do?

• Lead the project management office for a large-scale digital business transformation.
• Develop and implement project governance frameworks, processes, and best practices to ensure successful delivery.
• Oversee project planning, execution, and tracking to ensure alignment with business objectives and transformation goals.
• Drive change management initiatives to support organizational readiness and adoption of new systems and processes.
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams to ensure effective communication, risk management, and issue resolution.
• Provide regular project status reports, KPI tracking, and performance analysis to senior stakeholders.

What qualifications will make you successful for this role?

• English mandatory, German and/or Dutch highly preferred.
• Bacherlor's degree or higher in related field.
• Proven experience in project management, business transformation, and change management within complex projects.
• Strong knowledge of project management methodologies (e.g., PMBOK, Agile, etc.) and tools (e.g., MS Project, Jira, etc.).
• Excellent leadership, communication, and stakeholder management skills.
• Ability to drive organizational change and facilitate adoption of new processes and technologies.
• Certification in project management (PMP, PRINCE2) and/or change management (Prosci, ACMP) is a plus.
• Outstanding communication and stake holder management skills
