What to Expect (Job Responsibilities):
- Develop and manage program data/information using Primavera, SAP, Power BI, and MS Suite
- Support the analysis and management of Primavera data including performance, resources, and financials
- Proactively gather input from project team members to analyze and forecast project impacts
- Assist in maintaining PMO/Program Management processes, tools, templates, and metrics
- Support project meetings, audits, and peer reviews
What is Required (Qualifications):
- Bachelor’s degree in business/finance, engineering, or related field with a minimum of 5+ years of work-related experience; or Master’s degree with 4+ years of experience
- Proficient in writing reports, business correspondence, and procedure manuals
- Ability to interpret a variety of instructions in different formats
- Strong problem-solving skills and ability to work under pressure to meet deadlines
- Proficient in Microsoft applications, including Excel, Word, PowerPoint, and Outlook
How to Stand Out (Preferred Qualifications):
- Experience utilizing Primavera for project scheduling and resource planning
- Familiarity with project management methodologies and tools
- Previous experience in the aerospace or defense industry
- Strong analytical skills with experience in data analysis and reporting
- Excellent teamwork and communication skills
