What to Expect (Job Responsibilities):
- Conduct biblical and theological research for upcoming episodes, ensuring content is rooted in Scripture
- Draft clear and compelling episode outlines and scripts for the podcast host and co-hosts
- Write engaging show notes, titles, and descriptions for each episode
- Manage deadlines and deliverables using project management software to ensure consistent weekly releases
- Collaborate with the Marketing Team to monitor episode performance metrics and refine content focus
What is Required (Qualifications):
- Bachelor’s degree in Theology, Biblical Studies, Communications, Journalism, or a related field
- 2–4 years of professional experience in research, communications, writing, or editorial
- Strong biblical literacy and ability to apply Scripture to contemporary topics
- Demonstrated skill in writing conversational outlines, episode scripts, and show notes
- Excellent organizational and time management skills with the ability to meet weekly deadlines
How to Stand Out (Preferred Qualifications):
- Experience in publishing or media
- Basic understanding of a covenantal hermeneutic
- Proven research and fact-checking abilities
- Ability to write with both clarity and warmth
- Familiarity with AI integration in content creation
