      What to Expect (Job Responsibilities):
      - Support new and existing customers with implementations, training, and troubleshooting of Point of Care (POC) products
      - Develop and coordinate customer training and implementation plans to ensure timely go-live support
      - Monitor customer onboarding and engagement strategies to enhance product adoption and usage
      - Conduct regular business reviews with customers, assessing needs, satisfaction, and improvement opportunities
      - Document all customer interactions and activities in relevant management systems accurately and promptly

      What is Required (Qualifications):
      - Bachelor's degree or equivalent in a biological science, nursing, or respiratory therapy
      - Minimum of 4 years of work history as a medical technologist, point of care coordinator, respiratory therapist, or nurse
      - Experience in point of care testing, either as an end user or in an oversight capacity
      - Outstanding oral, written, and presentation communication skills
      - Ability to travel 70% within the designated territory as required

      - Specific experience using Blood Gas Analyzers
      - Experience in project management within a hospital or laboratory setting
      - Highly organized with the ability to manage multiple tasks and projects simultaneously
      - Demonstrated strategic critical thinking and decision-making abilities
