What to Expect (Job Responsibilities):
- Provide technical assistance to jurisdictions implementing programs at the intersection of behavioral health and criminal justice systems
- Support the development of peer learning opportunities for sites across the country
- Develop resources promoting best practices within criminal justice and mental/behavioral health systems
- Expand knowledge base on criminal justice and behavioral health systems at local and state levels
- Work with a wide range of stakeholders on technical assistance efforts within government entities

What is Required (Qualifications):
- At least three years of training and technical assistance, research, or policy analysis experience in criminal justice, mental health, and behavioral health
- Knowledge of mental health, substance use, and criminal justice best practices
- Experience in collaborative planning efforts involving various partners
- Strong oral communication skills and ability to present complex information concisely
- Reliable internet/data connection and flexibility for using personal device for internet connectivity during business travel
