What to Expect (Job Responsibilities):
- Identify and analyze public policy themes that present actionable investment opportunities
- Provide timely, forward-looking analysis of risks and opportunities affecting markets and sectors
- Publish research reports on significant macro, fiscal, and tax policy topics
- Host events and conference calls with subject-matter experts on key topics
- Conduct and coordinate due diligence research projects under tight deadlines

What is Required (Qualifications):
- Bachelor’s degree plus at least 5 years of relevant work experience
- Experience in analyzing, writing, and presenting on public policy developments
- Strong communication skills for conveying complex information effectively
- Prior experience in fiscal, tax, or cross-issue policy in investment research or government
- Firm understanding of congressional and administrative processes

How to Stand Out (Preferred Qualifications):
- Advanced degree in public policy, JD, MBA, or CFA (or equivalent)
- Knowledge of and interest in financial markets
- Entrepreneurial spirit and desire to contribute to the growth of the employer's policy research business
