      What to Expect (Job Responsibilities):
      - Conduct policy and clinical research on self-directed care models and caregiver support programs
      - Support readiness reviews by evaluating programmatic and financial documentation
      - Develop written products including policy briefs, implementation materials, and training content
      - Perform data collection, validation, analysis, and reporting functions, including performance tracking and trend identification
      - Prepare monthly progress reports and ad hoc analytical products in response to program needs

      What is Required (Qualifications):
      - Minimum of 3 years of relevant experience in supporting federal, state, or large-scale healthcare programs
      - Bachelor’s degree in Public Health, Health Administration, Social Work, Policy, Health Sciences, Data Analytics, or a related field
      - Demonstrated experience in conducting policy analysis and developing written deliverables for government or healthcare audiences
      - Strong written and verbal communication skills with the ability to translate complex information into actionable insights
      - Proficiency in Microsoft Office applications, including data analysis and reporting functions

      How to Stand Out (Preferred Qualifications):
      - Experience working with Veteran Directed Care (VDC), Caregiver Support Program (CSP), or similar self-directed programs
      - Familiarity with VA, federal, and state regulations related to caregiver support and long-term services
      - Advanced data analysis or reporting experience, including trend analysis and dashboards
      - Experience developing training materials or implementation resources for healthcare or social service programs
      - Prior experience with the Department of Veterans Affairs or other federal healthcare agencies
