      What to Expect (Job Responsibilities):
      - Prepare and track consultant contracts for economic development and urban renewal projects
      - Build and maintain relationships with internal and external partners, preparing professional-level communication materials
      - Conduct presentations and prepare reports for the Tualatin Development Commission and other community stakeholders
      - Monitor outcomes of division programs, conducting on-site provider visits and troubleshooting issues
      - Develop community engagement marketing materials and analyze data to support assigned areas

      What is Required (Qualifications):
      - Bachelor's degree in business administration, public administration, engineering, architecture, or planning
      - Minimum of five (5) years of experience in project management, public administration, financial analysis, or urban renewal
      - Considerable knowledge of business and public administration principles and practices
      - Advanced skills in data analysis and presentation, including proficiency in various software applications
      - Ability to establish and maintain effective working relationships with diverse stakeholders

      How to Stand Out (Preferred Qualifications):
      - Experience in facilitating public input processes and drafting contracts for special projects
      - Familiarity with geographic information systems and electronic permitting systems
      - Previous leadership experience in managing projects or programs
      - Skills in grant writing and coordination for community development initiatives
