      What to Expect (Job Responsibilities):
      - Track bills and regulatory actions related to lending and Earned Wage Access (EWA)
      - Manage local lobbyists in states requiring engagement
      - Build relationships with state and federal regulators and legislators to promote understanding of EWA
      - Engage in local legislative processes to ensure alignment with state laws
      - Collaborate with compliance, legal, and product teams to adapt to legislative changes

      What is Required (Qualifications):
      - Minimum of 4 years of policy experience in public policy and/or government relations within financial services and/or fintech
      - Proven experience in helping to pass at least one law at the state level from conception to passage
      - Experience in monitoring and analyzing state and federal legislation and regulatory actions in lending and EWA
      - Experience managing local/state lobbyists and coordinating advocacy efforts
      - Strong relationship-building skills with regulators and legislators

      How to Stand Out (Preferred Qualifications):
      - Experience working with trade associations in the financial services or fintech sector
      - Familiarity with communications and public relations strategies related to policy advocacy
