What to Expect (Job Responsibilities):
- Coordinate the documentation lifecycle, ensuring alignment with business and legal requirements
- Determine efficient solutions for document management and assist with external cybersecurity requests
- Serve as a point of contact for document-related inquiries and collaborate with multi-functional teams
- Identify document management needs and develop solutions for process optimization
- Explain legal, technical, and compliance topics to a broad audience
What is Required (Qualifications):
- Minimum of 2 years of related work experience
- Bachelor’s Degree in Risk Management, Information Assurance, Information Security, Cybersecurity, IT, Law, Data Privacy, or a related field (equivalent work experience is accepted)
- Experience drafting corporate policies or working in document management
- General understanding of cybersecurity technologies and controls
- Exceptional communication and interpersonal skills
How to Stand Out (Preferred Qualifications):
- Certifications such as CRISC, CISSP, or CISA are encouraged but not required
- Ability to analyze laws and regulations as they apply to specific business or market requirements
- Meticulous attention to detail and strong organizational skills
