      We are currently seeking a Junior Policy Officer to join our UK Government Affairs Team in London. In this role, you will be responsible for coordinating logistics, managing programs, and providing operational support to advance our engagement with UK government entities.       What You'll Be Doing:

      • Manage industry affiliations such as trade associations, monitoring relevant output and ensuring the team is informed about relevant publications and activities.

      • Analyse proposed regulations and policy frameworks to assess their potential implications for NVIDIA's products, services, and market positioning.

      • Assist in the development and implementation of strategic programs aimed at encouraging positive relationships with UK government stakeholders.

      • Serve as a primary point of contact for policy-related inquiries and engage with internal and external collaborators.

      • Assist in budget planning and management for government affairs programs, ensuring adherence to financial guidelines and efficient resource utilisation.

      • Find opportunities for process improvement and operational efficiency within the Government Affairs Team, including helping to find ways the team can apply AI tools in their work.

      What We Need to See:

      • Bachelor's degree in Political Science, Business Administration, Public Administration, or related fields (or equivalent experience).

      • 5+ years of proven experience in logistics coordination, program management, or administrative support roles, preferably within a government affairs, public policy, or corporate environment.

      • Strong organisational skills with the capacity to handle multiple projects at once and prioritise tasks efficiently.

      • Excellent English-language communication skills, both verbal and written, with the ability to interact confidently with diverse collaborators.

      • Diligent mentality with a focus on accuracy and thoroughness in all aspects of work.

      Ways To Stand Out from the Crowd:

      • Experience working in government affairs or public policy roles.

      • Enthusiasm for technology, including AI.

      • Proficiency in additional European languages is desirable.

      • Knowledge of logistics guidelines and industry standards.

      • Ability to innovate and implement process improvements to improve operational efficiency with f lexibility to adapt to changing priorities and work effectively in a fast-paced environment.
