      - Collaborate with senior leadership and external stakeholders to provide insights and compile data
      - Draft clear and concise reports, policy briefs, and recommendations for diverse audiences
      - Utilize data management tools to analyze complex data sets and model policy scenarios
      - Manage multiple projects simultaneously to ensure timely completion of research tasks

      What is Required (Qualifications):
      - Strong research and analytical skills, including data analysis and policy evaluation
      - In-depth understanding of dual enrollment programs and data governance principles
      - Excellent written and oral communication skills for diverse stakeholder engagement
      - Proficiency in data management tools such as Excel and SAS
      - Strong organizational skills and attention to detail in managing projects

      How to Stand Out (Preferred Qualifications):
      - Bachelor's degree in Public Policy, Education, Data Science, or a related field
      - Master’s or post-doctorate degree in Education, Data Science, or a related field preferred
