What to Expect (Job Responsibilities):
- Conduct comprehensive research and analysis on public policy proposals to assess their potential impact
- Manage on-demand requests for policy-related information from executives across the organization
- Develop clear and impactful briefing materials for senior executives in preparation for engagements with policymakers
- Oversee all back-office operations for the Policy and Government Affairs team, including budget management and consultant oversight
- Lead the tracking of programmatic success metrics and performance objectives for the Policy and Government Affairs program
What is Required (Qualifications):
- 4+ years of progressive experience in a research, analysis, operations, or project management role, ideally within public policy or government affairs
- Demonstrated expertise in conducting thorough research and synthesizing findings into actionable insights
- Exceptional organizational and project management skills with experience managing budgets and contracts
- Strong written and verbal communication skills, with a focus on developing professional reports and briefing materials
- Bachelor's degree in Political Science, Business Administration, or a related field
