      What to Expect (Job Responsibilities):
      - Perform various billing functions, including creating initial billing setups for policy plans
      - Modify billing systems based on policy amendments and renewals
      - Initiate policy amendments and communicate changes to policyholders and field force
      - Provide superior customer service and contribute to a positive customer experience
      - Participate in installation calls and work on special projects as needed

      What is Required (Qualifications):
      - 1 to 2 years of equivalent experience in the insurance industry
      - Associate’s degree in business or a related field
      - Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite, with knowledge of Microsoft Excel preferred
      - Ability to evaluate requests and documentation for system input to generate insurance billing documents
      - Strong communication skills to convey technical content clearly and effectively

      How to Stand Out (Preferred Qualifications):
      - Experience with billing and policy plans, particularly in the insurance sector
      - Demonstrated ability to work with multiple or shifting priorities
      - Familiarity with customer service best practices in an insurance context
      - Aptitude for process and workflow improvements
      - Experience in developing partnerships with underwriting and contracts teams
