- Improve seller performance by analyzing data through internal CRM and Customer Support tools, aligning seller activity with business goals and priorities.
- Build strong seller relationships through regular engagement, including weekly calls and ongoing email communication to track progress and address challenges.
- Own seller account management by documenting interactions, goals, and outcomes to support consistent and measurable progress.
- Support high-value sellers across growth strategies, technical issues, billing, shipping programs, and policy-related questions.
- Educate and guide sellers on platform updates and seller releases, enabling them to adapt and make informed decisions.
- Collaborate with external EU teams and internal business units to expand export adoption and participate in pilots that support revenue growth.
- Fluency in Polish and English, with the ability to communicate clearly and effectively across multiple channels.
- At least 2–3 years of experience in a sales or commercial role, with a proven track record of meeting or exceeding targets.
- Strong commercial judgment with the ability to prioritize, multitask, and manage multiple projects in a dynamic environment.
- Demonstrated ability to influence and collaborate effectively across organizational levels with a credible and professional presence.
- Strong relationship-building skills grounded in integrity, reliability, and a customer advocacy mindset.
- Knowledge of e-commerce business models, adaptability to change, attention to detail, and willingness to travel as a representative of the eBay brand.

About the team and the role:
The team partners with sellers to remove barriers to growth, build loyalty to the eBay marketplace, and improve seller profitability by understanding seller business needs and taking ownership of outcomes.
As a Pro Exporter Advisor, you will proactively support marketplace growth by building long-term relationships with strategic sellers. You will develop tailored business plans to help each seller achieve their growth goals on eBay and act as the single point of contact for seller queries. Through monthly health checks and business reviews, you will monitor performance, identify opportunities, and help ensure long-term seller success.
