Pomellato is part of Kering, a global luxury group, managing the development of a series of renowned houses in the sectors of fashion, leather goods, jewellery and watches.

      We are currently looking for a Global Head of Controlling.

      How you will contribute:

      Reporting to the Chief Financial Officer, this role will be responsible for the following activities:

      • Directly manage a team of 6 controllers, as well as functional reporting with local controllers;

      • Supervise consolidated reporting (Sales, P&L, B/S and Cash flows statements) for monthly and year-end closing;

      • Supervise budget and forecast processes;

      • Coordinate all performance analysis presented to brand management and shareholder;

      • Elaborate business plans, monitor stock levels and identify action plans for cost savings and cash flows optimization purposes;

      • Interface with external, internal and tax auditors.

      Who you are:

      • Master’s Degree in Finance/Economics;

      • At least 10 years of relevant experience, gained at international companies;

      • Comprehensive expertise in financial controlling, including direct experience with balance sheet management and cash flow analysis;

      • Previous experience in the retail field required;

      • Ability to lead, coach and mentor a team;

      • Strong analytical and organizational skills;

      • Positive and proactive attitude;

      • Fluent in Italian and English.
