Job Description
- Req#: 73668
- Greets and welcomes residents and guests and directing them to their destination if assistance is needed.
- Inspect for proper wrist bands to ensure only residents and guests are permitted on property.
- Clean and straighten pool furniture and pool deck continuously throughout shift
- Inspect for visibly displayed parking passes and report violations to the office.
- Maintain a daily log of activities.
- Maintains equipment in working condition and reports any maintenance issue for repair.
- Remove and replace trash bags from trash cans as needed.
- Excellent customer service skills and strong working knowledge of customer service principles and practices.
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
- Must have a strong work ethic
- Ability to lift 30 – 50 lbs.
- Work in an upright standing or sitting position for long periods of time.
- Handle, finger, grasp and lift objects and packages.
- Reach with hands and arms.
- Communicate, receive, and exchange ideas and information by means of the spoken and written word.
- Ability to quickly and easily navigate the property/building as required to meet the job functions
- Complete all required forms.
- Ability to work extended hours and weekends based on project requirements.
- Ability to respond to emergencies in a timely manner.

Job Overview:
The Pool and Parking Lot Attendant is responsible for overseeing the operation of the swimming pool deck and parking lot and provides the highest possible level of service is being offered to incoming residents and guests.

What We Offer:
As a non-exempt part-time associate, you will be eligible for supplemental benefits to include dental, and Vision. In addition, you will be eligible a 401k with company match. Occasional travel may be required to attend training and other company functions.
Compensation: $17.50
Schedule: Varies dependent on the needs of the property
