- Initial portal property set up including office hours and additional fees to be added.
- Provides technical support and troubleshooting for Rent Café announcements, bulletin boards and community calendars.
- Provides display pricing support and troubleshooting.
- Completes Applicant and Resident payment ledger corrections in accounting software.
- Maintains electronic lease administration and integration for each property.
- Provides one on one support for end users to troubleshoot and solve technical problems.
- Escalates issues that could be recurrent of detrimental to business to appropriate people.
- Continuous review and audits of property settings and lease administration to ensure compliance.
- Exhibits strong commitment to the service needs of the internal and external customer.
- Conducts detailed assessments of products for proposing systems and/or business solutions by researching technology and systems options that align with company Initiatives.
- Reviews new Portal functionality and communicates enhancement opportunities to the direct supervisor.
- Associates degree in computer science or related field
- Minimum 2-4 year experience in a technical support/helpdesk role in the last 5 years
- Extensive property management software knowledge preferable Yardi Voyager
- Knowledge in Resident portal software such as Rent Cafe
- General knowledge of Blue Moon
- Demonstrated troubleshooting, problem-solving and training skills
- Ability to work with clients remotely with or without remote assistance software.
- Effective oral and written communication skills
- Ability to work with a diverse group of people in a collaborative environment
- Ability to handle multiple projects and thrive in a fast-paced environment
- Familiar with a variety of the field's concepts, practices, and procedures
- Relies on extensive experience and judgment to plan and accomplish goal
- A wide degree of creativity and latitude is expected.
- Bachelor’s degree in computer science or related field

This job generally operates in a professional office environment, but may also occasionally operate in an outdoor environment. This position requires close visual acuity to perform an activity such as preparing and analyzing data and figures, viewing a computer terminal, and extensive reading.
The ability and means to travel locally, overnight, in specific regions or states via automobile and airplane may be required.
Work Schedule: 8am-5pm, Monday-Friday, or as needed to meet business needs.
