What to Expect (Job Responsibilities):
- Provide investment support to advisors to enhance growth and client retention
- Assist in the creation of investment proposals for sales and prospecting
- Support the onboarding and transitioning of client assets
- Respond to advisor inquiries regarding investment products and market insights
- Participate in initiatives to improve the investment advisory platform and client outcomes
What is Required (Qualifications):
- Bachelor’s degree (or equivalent experience) in Science, Economics, Finance, or a related field
- Minimum of 6 years of experience in investments or financial product analytics
- Series 65 license required; Series 7 preferred
- Strong attention to detail and ability to manage multiple projects with deadlines
- Excellent oral and written communication skills, along with proficiency in Microsoft Office and Excel
How to Stand Out (Preferred Qualifications):
- Progress towards CFA designation is a plus
- Experience in portfolio consulting or advisory roles
- Demonstrated commitment to high ethical standards and trustworthiness
- Positive, solution-focused attitude and ability to work as a team member
- Experience with investment tools and platforms
