      Job Description:

      Senior delivery lead for all Global Real Estate projects (new builds, renovations, and relocations) in our Enterprise/Admin facilities for the Carolinas and Southeast US regions as well as Canada. Work closely with Global Real Estate partners to implement market strategies and technology standards that enable business priorities. Manage team comprised of technology planning consultants, technology facility design leads, and project managers who are partnering and coordinating across technology teams and vendors (network, computing platforms, voice, AV, etc.) supporting approximately 100 projects at any one time.

      Responsibilities:

      • Technology project management paired with experience or familiarity with network architecture and ideally large construction projects.

      • Leading a team with vision, empathy, and client focus while retaining focus on employee development. Passion for operational excellence that challenges status quo and discourages complacency.

      • Effective critical thinking skills a must.

      • Directs and leads a delivery team aligned to a portfolio and mentors senior delivery leads.

      • Manages and improves portfolio operations and governance processes ensuring risks and roadblocks are escalated and resolved quickly.

      • Builds relationships with business and technology executives across multiple organizations, as well as Compliance and Risk.

      • Partners with the key stakeholders and leaders to define the vision and creating the portfolio roadmap aligned to strategic goals.

      • Provides status updates and reporting for the portfolio, to stakeholders and leadership pertaining to the desired outcomes, delivery, risks/issues, and schedule.

      • Manages overall portfolio financials (P&L) and performance.

      • Ensures adherence with Enterprise Change Management standards.
