      RESPONSIBILITIES

      • Portfolio strategy for the short, mid and long terms for our solutions (products, technical services, consulting, digital services, etc.)

      • Customer & market needs analysis compared with the existing portfolio of solutions, identifying areas where there are gaps which we could develop unique and profitable solutions in order to differentiate us in the market

      • Accountable for the overall project management and success of new products in all related dimensions (idea until launch)

      • Responsible for the portfolio life cycle analysis,

      • Regular contact with the supportive areas (technical, sales, marketing, communication, production, regulatory, etc.) to validate the feasibility of technical ideas related to the portfolio development/ portfolio management

      • Pricing strategy

      • Performance of our portfolio in the regional markets

      • Coordination of the market intelligence activities and benchmarking our portfolio

      REQUIREMENTS

      • Bachelor in Veterinary, Animal Health, Science or Health

      • At least 7 to 10 years of relevant work experience in related field

      • Someone who has experience in technical, commercial and marketing fields

      • Able to coordinate and lead complex projects,

      • Good technical knowledge about animal health (monogastric - primarily poultry)

      • Desired to have experiences in:

        • Sales & Marketing areas

        • international experience (scope of working)

        • multicultural skills

        • leadership capability

        • team working

        • basic financial skills (for business case purposes)

        • good capacity to communicate and accommodate different points of view
