What to Expect (Job Responsibilities):
- Receive and process invoices from third-party loan administrators, updating amortization schedules as needed
- Track incoming wire payments and update the portfolio management database accordingly
- Prepare monthly ACH files and ensure accuracy of ACH amounts and dates prior to cut-off deadlines
- Maintain lists of legal fees for reimbursement and coordinate with investment teams for timely payments
- Manage and track loan documents and collateral for compliance and audit purposes

What is Required (Qualifications):
- Bachelor's degree in business, accounting, or finance concentration preferred, or equivalent work experience
- Strong understanding of the investment process
- Ability to read and interpret legal documents and terms
- At least 1 year of professional experience in loan and/or treasury operations strongly preferred
- Excellent organizational skills and attention to detail
