      What to Expect (Job Responsibilities):
      - Develop and teach six sections of Engagement courses (2 credits each) per academic year
      - Collaborate with faculty College Fellows to enhance the undergraduate curriculum
      - Pursue a vigorous research agenda grounded in the liberal arts and sciences
      - Participate in professional development sessions and general education committees
      - Lead and participate in College Fellows-sponsored events, such as lectures and seminars

      What is Required (Qualifications):
      - Must defend dissertation by June 1, 2025, and have a terminal degree conferred by August 1, 2025
      - No earlier than May 2020 for the conferral of the terminal degree
      - Commitment to fostering intellectual sensibilities across various realms of inquiry
      - Experience in developing course materials and syllabi
      - Strong communication and collaboration skills

      How to Stand Out (Preferred Qualifications):
      - Experience teaching at the undergraduate level
      - Background in liberal arts and sciences research
      - Demonstrated ability to engage students in active learning environments
      - Involvement in academic committees or professional organizations
      - Experience in leading academic events or workshops
