What to Expect (Job Responsibilities):
- Conduct focus groups
- Adapt intervention materials based on feedback from focus groups
- Conduct clinical and diagnostic assessments
- Train, coordinate, and supervise students in participant recruitment and data collection
- Supervise school staff during the randomized trial and assess implementation fidelity
- Manage cross-site projects and coordinate with the Data Manager for database management
- Clean and analyze data
- Assist with the preparation of reports, presentations, and publications
- Present research results at conferences and in peer-reviewed publications
What is Required (Qualifications):
- Doctoral degree in an appropriate field
- 0-5 years of relevant experience
- Strong interest in implementation science and evidence-based interventions in children's mental health service settings
- Excellent oral and written communication skills
- Interpersonal and organizational skills
How to Stand Out (Preferred Qualifications):
- PhD or equivalent in clinical psychology, special education, public health, social work, or related field
- Experience with implementation training or facilitation
