      What to Expect (Job Responsibilities):
      - Retrieve electronic remittances and/or lockbox payments, match ERA to deposits, and post into the revenue system daily
      - Review matched 835 files from electronic payments and resolve any variances
      - Input cash activity on posting spreadsheets for daily tracking purposes
      - Communicate effectively with customers, facilities, operations, and payors in a respectful manner
      - Balance posting spreadsheets, deposit reports, and cash flow daily and monthly, researching any discrepancies

      What is Required (Qualifications):
      - High School Diploma or equivalent
      - Minimum of 1 year of experience in medical billing/collections
      - Excellent oral and written communication skills
      - Strong organizational and analytical skills
      - Basic PC skills including applications like MS Word and Excel

      How to Stand Out (Preferred Qualifications):
      - Experience in home health billing/collections
      - Detail-oriented with a strong mathematical aptitude
