      What to Expect (Job Responsibilities):
      - Conduct telephonic patient triage using clinical decision-making software for postpartum women
      - Provide follow-up calls, emails, and documentation in the electronic medical record (EMR)
      - Assist in tracking calls and data related to referrals and case-managed patients
      - Promote positive interactions and communication between the consultation center and healthcare providers
      - Participate in the recruitment and retention of staff while supporting team performance

      What is Required (Qualifications):
      - Graduate of an accredited Nursing Program with an Associate's Degree, Nursing Diploma, Bachelor's in Nursing, or Master's in Nursing
      - Valid RN License
      - Minimum of one (1) to five (5) years of Registered Nursing experience, specifically within Women's Health
      - Proficiency in using call center technology and scheduling systems
      - Strong communication and interpersonal skills to effectively interact with patients and healthcare teams

      How to Stand Out (Preferred Qualifications):
      - Call center experience
      - Clinical service line experience in Critical Care, ED experience, Phone Triage, Hospital Transfer, Case Coordination, Labor and Delivery, or High-Risk antepartum service
      - Bilingual (English/Spanish)
