What to Expect (Job Responsibilities):
- Design, develop, and maintain interactive dashboards and reports using Power BI
- Collaborate with business stakeholders to gather requirements and create effective visualizations
- Optimize data models for performance and usability
- Communicate project status, cost performance, and schedule updates to stakeholders
- Manage change order processes and assess impacts on project costs and schedules

What is Required (Qualifications):
- B.S. degree in Computer Science, Information Systems, Data Analytics, or a related field
- 3+ years of experience working with Power BI
- Strong proficiency in DAX, Power Query, and M language, along with experience in SQL and data modeling
- Excellent communication and intrapersonal skills
- Willingness to train and guide others in the use of Power BI

- Experience in project management or related fields
- Familiarity with data visualization best practices
- Knowledge of other business intelligence tools
- Previous experience in a corporate environment
- Ability to adapt to variable work shifts during the work week
