What to Expect (Job Responsibilities):
- Manage technical and financial aspects of Power Delivery projects, ensuring successful completion
- Develop and maintain project schedules, budgets, and status reports
- Collaborate with project design teams and lead proposal preparation
- Provide leadership and mentorship to project teams while fostering client relationships
- Travel to client locations within the region as necessary

What is Required (Qualifications):
- Bachelor’s degree in engineering (Electrical, Civil, or Structural preferred) or equivalent industry-related experience
- Minimum of eight (8) years of applicable industry experience
- Minimum of two (2) years of relevant project management experience
- Strong understanding of project management processes and tools
- Proficiency in financial analysis tools and Microsoft software (Word, Excel, Project)

How to Stand Out (Preferred Qualifications):
- Ten (10) years of experience as a Project Engineer or Project Manager in the electric utility environment
- Project Management Professional (PMP) certification
- Familiarity with regional utilities in the Midwest or South Central
- Professional Engineer (P.E.) registration
- Minimum of five (5) years of consulting experience
