What to Expect (Job Responsibilities):
- Lead and support projects to ensure technical soundness and alignment with quality, schedule, and budget objectives
- Engage with delivery teams throughout project life cycles, including concept development and execution
- Develop technical documents, including work plans and permitting strategies
- Serve as a Subject Matter Expert on compliance projects and client solutions
- Mentor junior and mid-level employees in delivering compliance work
What is Required (Qualifications):
- Established track record in environmental compliance and client development
- Experience in project delivery and quality assurance in the environmental engineering field
- Strong client engagement skills to build relationships and assess needs
- Ability to understand competitive landscape and technical focus in the industry
- Minimum of 5 years of relevant experience in environmental engineering or related field
How to Stand Out (Preferred Qualifications):
- Previous experience working with Power clients or in the energy sector
- Familiarity with regulatory compliance and permitting processes
- Proven skills in developing technical proposals and client positioning efforts
- Experience in mentoring and supporting junior staff in a technical environment
- Strong communication skills for effective client and team interactions
