HEINEKEN Hungária Sörgyárak Zrt. is looking for a Corporate Affairs and External Communications Manager, who is responsible for developing and executing the external and communication strategy; and promoting the reputation and positive image of the company in and outside through stakeholder management and communication.

  Responsibilities

  • Develop, manage, and maintain the delivery of external and internal communication surfaces (corporate website, general email box)
  • Manage media events and participate in the management or consultation of all activities related to media and employee engagement.
  • Manage the visibility and awareness of the company’s communication activities externally, inside the company, and toward global corporate communications
  • Develop media strategy, drafting press releases, responding to media enquiries, and building dialogue with journalists
  • Execute PR strategy, projects/tasks
  • Execute programs reports related to sustainability, responsibility, and community
  • Manage communication budget, invoices, PO creation
  • Support internal communication and employee engagement strategy
  • Support company events
  • Contribute to projects of other departments from communication point of view

  Requirements

  • 5 years of relevant experience
  • BA or MA degree in Communication, PR, Advertisement
  • Fluent English Confident use of Microsoft tools
  • Excellent verbal communication skills
  • Hands on coordinating campaigns with the support of agency
  • Briefing and coordinating processes on both tactical and operational level
  • Effective communication style in writing
  • Sense of responsibility in the function
  • Sociable, extrovert, energetic personality
  • Ability to independent work and to take initiative
  • Team-player attitude
  • Drives and leads changes
  • Driving license
