      Job Summary

      The F&B Sales Specialist will report directly to the Director of Sales.

      He/She is a Cross Functional figure who will be in contact with most of the offices but mainly with Sales, Marketing and F&B, SPA.

      He/she will be in charge of promoting events at the Excelsior Hotel Gallia and the offers in the Hotel, F&B and SPA, like new menus, holidays and special events.

      The market target will mainly be the local community.

      Candidate Profile

      The ideal candidate has, at least, 1-2 years of experience in PR, Communication or Sales, preferably in the local market and with local luxury brands as he/she will be working on site.

      A great desire to grow, be hands on and learn as much as possible from the local environment will be considered a plus.

      He/she has a strong capability to work in autonomy, strong communication skills, creativity, proactivity and interest in the Luxury Hospitality industry.

      Job Responsibilities

      In support of all departments, the F&B Sales Specialist will be responsible for:

      • Promote Hotel Events
      • Connect with our chefs and F&B Team to keep up to date with new special menus
      • Analyze the local market to find new ways to promote the hotel
      • Liaise with the sales and marketing department to study new strategies
      • Liaise with the F&B Director to keep abreast of the F&B world (news, suppliers, events...)
      • Liaise with the SPA Team to plan and implement new selling strategies
