      What to Expect (Job Responsibilities):
      - Develop national and global commercial legal and compliance content for publication
      - Write and edit legal resources, including standard form documents and practice guidance
      - Maintain relationships with external law firm contributors and in-house counsel
      - Support AI initiatives, including training and validating model performance
      - Conduct sales demonstrations and respond to subscriber inquiries regarding resources

      What is Required (Qualifications):
      - JD from an ABA accredited law school and an active license to practice law in at least one US state
      - Minimum of eight years' experience as a lawyer in a law firm or as in-house counsel
      - Expertise in various commercial transactional and regulatory matters
      - Strong project management skills with the ability to balance multiple tasks
      - Exceptional writing skills with attention to detail and command of grammar

      How to Stand Out (Preferred Qualifications):
      - Experience in developing legal resources for online platforms
      - Familiarity with AI applications in legal contexts
      - Background in conducting webinars and sales presentations
      - Knowledge of the legal needs of law firm attorneys and in-house counsel
      - Experience in community service or pro-bono consulting projects
