      What to Expect (Job Responsibilities):
      - Provide advanced support for practice management systems in collaboration with vendor support teams and internal IT teams
      - Coordinate system updates, maintenance, and upgrades across multiple hospitals
      - Develop and maintain training materials and documentation to support system usage
      - Serve as the primary point of contact during practice management system conversions
      - Identify and recommend system or process improvements to increase efficiency

      What is Required (Qualifications):
      - High school diploma or equivalent required; Associate or bachelor's degree preferred
      - Minimum of five years of experience in the veterinary field
      - Prior experience with veterinary practice management systems required
      - Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (Excel, Word, Outlook, Teams, OneNote)
      - Strong verbal and written communication skills

      How to Stand Out (Preferred Qualifications):
      - Proficiency in Avimark software, including administrative setup and configuration
      - Familiarity with other veterinary practice management systems
      - Detail-oriented with a strong focus on data accuracy and security
      - Ability to manage deadlines and tasks in a dynamic work environment
      - Comfort navigating organizational change and helping others through transitions
