      What to Expect (Job Responsibilities):
      - Provide essential administrative support for the operations of the Neurology Practice
      - Maintain and manage core administrative databases and client-facing data
      - Collaborate with the Analytics team for advanced reporting and analytics
      - Support monthly billing accuracy and revenue cycle management
      - Lead change management efforts and execute special projects in practice administration

      What is Required (Qualifications):
      - Bachelor's degree, preferably in business administration, healthcare administration, or related fields
      - At least 2 years of experience in healthcare provider administration
      - Proficiency in electronic practice and health record management systems
      - Excellent computer skills, particularly with Microsoft Office and quantitative analytics tools like Excel and Salesforce
      - Strong organizational and time management skills

      How to Stand Out (Preferred Qualifications):
      - Experience with Tableau or similar analytics tools
      - Familiarity with standard clinical procedures, laws, and regulations
      - Ability to thrive in a fast-paced, high-growth environment
      - Willingness to travel occasionally for key meetings
