What to Expect (Job Responsibilities):

- Coordinate patient encounters using various registration and clinical operating systems
- Communicate patient financial responsibilities, including copays and deductibles, prior to service
- Assist self-pay patients with financial counseling and eligibility for public benefits
- Review and audit patient records for accuracy in financial classes and insurance codes

What is Required (Qualifications):
- High School diploma or GED equivalent
- Minimum of 1 year of medical office experience or experience in a professional office setting
- Experience in registration or insurance authorization is highly preferred
