What to Expect (Job Responsibilities):
- Manage Pre-Engineering project schedules for Development projects
- Coordinate with clients, external resources, and internal team members to ensure project milestones are met
- Track incoming project information and distribute it to relevant team leaders and managers
- Assist with scheduling and conducting site surveys to assess facility conditions
- Develop metrics to ensure timely and budget-conscious delivery of Pre-Engineering projects
What is Required (Qualifications):
- Bachelor of Science degree in Engineering or a similar technical degree
- 3 to 5 years of industry experience, particularly in building infrastructure
- Strong skills in the Microsoft Office Suite
- Effective verbal and written communication skills
- Demonstrated ability to manage time effectively and meet project deadlines
How to Stand Out (Preferred Qualifications):
- Professional Engineering license
- 6 to 10 years of experience within the industry
- Experience leading Survey Teams and collaborating with energy modelers and developers
- Knowledge of the energy industry, including laws, systems, and market dynamics
- Project Management Certification
