      What to Expect (Job Responsibilities):
      - Resolve complex consumer issues and provide guidance to first-level representatives
      - Assist policyholders with billing inquiries and concerns
      - Support policyholders with requested policy changes and recommendations
      - Utilize decision-making skills to address and resolve consumer concerns
      - Maintain adherence to company and departmental guidelines in a fast-paced environment

      What is Required (Qualifications):
      - Must be located in Texas or Florida
      - Must be eligible to become licensed; cannot currently or previously hold any insurance license
      - Minimum of 6 months customer service experience
      - Over 18 years of age with a high school diploma or GED
      - Ability to type 25 words per minute and proficient use of desktop computer systems

      How to Stand Out (Preferred Qualifications):
      - 6 months of call center experience
      - Strong logical problem-solving skills
      - Availability to work various shifts
      - Ability to use Windows operating systems
      - Excellent oral and written communication skills
