What to Expect (Job Responsibilities):
- Review Customer Purchase Orders, CRM, and Quote Confirmations for variances and clarifications
- Collaborate with Quotes Specialists or customers for clarifications on Expired Quotes
- Manage the Expired Quotes Queue/Clarification Queue according to leadership specifications
- Utilize CRM, SharePoint, and other ERP systems effectively
- Provide high-level customer service to Allegion customers, maintaining a positive image

What is Required (Qualifications):
- High School Diploma or GED
- Ability to pass a background check and drug test
- Must be at least 18 years old

How to Stand Out (Preferred Qualifications):
- Experience working in customer service or order processing roles
- Familiarity with CRM databases and ERP systems
