What to Expect (Job Responsibilities):
- Direct daily operations and personnel of the pre-registration and financial clearance functions
- Monitor performance and quality measures to ensure compliance and exceptional service
- Analyze key performance metrics and implement corrective actions when necessary
- Develop and maintain educational materials on patient registration and customer service processes
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to drive patient registration priorities and initiatives
What is Required (Qualifications):
- Associates Degree in Business/Healthcare or equivalent work experience required
- Minimum 5 years of experience in Revenue Cycle, Patient Access, or Patient Financial Services
- 5-8 years of experience in a lead, supervisory, or management role
- Extensive working knowledge of patient access and revenue cycle applications, including EPIC
- Strong leadership skills and proven ability to mentor and guide team members
How to Stand Out (Preferred Qualifications):
- Bachelor’s degree in Business/Healthcare related field
- NAHAM’s CHAA or CHAM certification (or ability to obtain within 12 months)
- Proven track record of improving revenue cycle performance and customer service initiatives
- Experience with auditing, training, and communicating revenue cycle regulations
- Strong skills in data analysis and reporting for process improvement
