What to Expect (Job Responsibilities):
- Ensure the technical positioning of the employer's digital platforms for commercialization in western North America
- Act as a technical reference for the commercial area, supporting the positioning of digital platforms
- Execute product research and demonstrations, managing proof-of-concepts and organizing technical events
- Provide technical support and training to sales teams on leveraging information from digital platforms
- Collaborate with the regional sales team to define and execute crop protection plans with large growers
What is Required (Qualifications):
- Bachelor’s degree in agricultural science or related majors; MSc or PhD desired but not required
- PCA (CA) or CCA license or willingness to obtain within the first 18 months of employment
- High level of technical knowledge related to chemical and digital portfolios
- Strong public speaking skills for conducting presentations and training
- Experience in business knowledge of rural production and management techniques
How to Stand Out (Preferred Qualifications):
- Advanced degrees (MSc or PhD) in agricultural science or related fields
- Proven experience in agricultural technology or digital tools positioning
- Established relationships with influencers and key accounts in the agricultural sector
- Familiarity with marketing concepts related to agricultural products
- Previous experience in conducting technical training sessions
