      What to Expect (Job Responsibilities):
      - Support up to 100 farmers in adopting conservation practices within the PCM program
      - Promote and implement specific conservation practices to enhance sustainability
      - Collaborate with PCM leadership and staff to achieve program objectives
      - Conduct meetings and training sessions for farmers in partnership with other specialists
      - Maintain detailed records of farmer management data and program activities

      What is Required (Qualifications):
      - Bachelor of Science degree in agricultural management, production agriculture, agronomy, or agricultural economics
      - Ability to manage a varied workload and deliver results within deadlines
      - Willingness to travel extensively to meet farmers at their locations
      - Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite and data entry into online platforms
      - Excellent interpersonal skills for effective communication with farmers and stakeholders

      - Understanding of current farming practices and nitrogen application techniques
      - Proven ability to work both independently and as part of a team
