Supports national and regional training of systems, processes and procedures.
Increases new hire proficiency and satisfaction for Business Specialists through mastery sessions.
Partners with Client Delivery leadership and the Academy to build new hire training and support plans.
Collaborates with the Academy on new hire engagement process.
Conducts call listening and assists Market Leader in creating plans to address proficiency gaps.
Mentors new hire through non-tenured period, with regular 1:1's and cohort meetings to create support structure.
Up-skills tenured employees and leaders on new initiatives, including coaching and training (1:1's, small pods; market level to cross region).
Supports operational routines and key business priorities.
Delivers operational risk framework skills on email usage, client outreach, disclosures, fraud prevention/ authentication, Rule 1071, client escalation management and other risk related topics.
Minimum of 3 years of experience in financial services industry
Confidence to present material in front of various size audiences
Self-motivated and motivational to others
Strong written and verbal communication skills
Great organization, including the ability to manage multiple tasks simultaneously
Leadership acumen to influence others across the markets and region
Proactively identifies coaching opportunities through employee interactions and call listening

The Preferred Business Proficiency Coach will increase new hire proficiency, associate satisfaction and client delight through in-role job proficiency training by way of in person and group coaching sessions.Responsibilities:
Partners with Regional Executives, Performance Managers, the Academy Manager and Market Leaders in increasing new to role and existing proficiency, associate satisfaction, and client satisfaction through in-role job proficiency training by way of one on one and group coaching sessions.
