What to Expect (Job Responsibilities):
- Assist with strategy development and sales presentations for key bilingual and Spanish-language campaigns
- Conduct high-level client meetings and calls
- Visit local stations to support sales efforts
- Assist the corporate Training team with digital curriculum and training
- Ensure stations stay on track with budget and reporting requirements
What is Required (Qualifications):
- Must be bilingual in Spanish
- Bachelor's degree or equivalent job experience
- Proficient in Microsoft Excel, Word, and PowerPoint
- Superior multitasking and management skills with the ability to handle multiple requests daily
- Excellent troubleshooting and problem resolution skills
How to Stand Out (Preferred Qualifications):
- Experience in media sales or digital marketing
- Strong understanding of digital advertising strategies
- Proven ability to work cross-functionally within a team environment
