      What to Expect (Job Responsibilities):
      - Make outbound and receive inbound calls to provide detailed information about eligibility services and conduct eligibility screening
      - Conduct telephonic outreach for members needing to apply or recertify for Medicaid programs
      - Collaborate with government offices to complete application and recertification processes accurately
      - Gather personal and sensitive information from patients/members to determine eligibility for various programs
      - Utilize the computer system to accurately complete eligibility screenings and ensure data accuracy

      What is Required (Qualifications):
      - Bilingual preferred (Spanish and English); fully fluent in reading, writing, and speaking
      - Minimum of 1+ years in a call center environment, with both inbound and outbound experience
      - 2+ years of customer service experience
      - Strong decision-making skills and attention to detail
      - Highly proficient in MS Office (Outlook, Word, Excel, Teams)

      How to Stand Out (Preferred Qualifications):
      - Experience with Medicare/Medicaid programs and screening for Medicaid eligibility
      - Case management experience or related experience in healthcare or government benefits
      - Ability to provide a private and quiet work environment and work independently
