      What to Expect (Job Responsibilities):
      - Plan, organize, and manage assigned workload and territory for premium audits
      - Provide timely and accurate service to insured clients, agents, and internal partners
      - Ensure accurate calculation of audited exposures and resolve any disputes
      - Develop and maintain positive customer relationships while anticipating customer needs
      - Participate in short-term defined scope projects to enhance operational efficiency

      What is Required (Qualifications):
      - Bachelor's Degree and 5 or more years in the Casualty Premium Audit area, or
      - High School Diploma or Equivalent and 7 or more years of experience in the Casualty Premium Audit area, or
      - Completion of Zurich approved Apprenticeship Program including an Associate Degree and 5 or more years of experience in the Casualty Premium Audit area
      - Proficiency in laptop computer auditing and Microsoft Office
      - Knowledge of NCCI Workers Compensation and ISO General Liability rules, manuals, and industry practices

      How to Stand Out (Preferred Qualifications):
      - APA or CPCU designation
      - Experience with large, multi-state premium audits
      - Strong verbal and written communication skills
      - Advanced Microsoft Excel skills
