What to Expect (Job Responsibilities):
- Plan, organize, and manage assigned workload and territory for premium audits
- Provide timely and accurate service to insured clients, agents, and internal partners throughout the audit process
- Ensure accurate calculation of audited exposures and resolve potential disputes that arise
- Develop and maintain positive relationships with customers, anticipating their needs and providing feedback on trends
- Participate in short-term defined scope projects to enhance operational efficiency
What is Required (Qualifications):
- Bachelor's Degree and 5 or more years of experience in the Casualty Premium Audit area, or
- High School Diploma or Equivalent and 7 or more years of experience in the Casualty Premium Audit area, or
- Completion of a Zurich approved Apprenticeship Program including an Associate Degree and 5 or more years of experience in the Casualty Premium Audit area
- Experience with laptop computer auditing and proficiency in Microsoft Office
- Knowledge of NCCI Workers Compensation and ISO General Liability rules, manuals, and industry practices
How to Stand Out (Preferred Qualifications):
- APA or CPCU certification
- Large, multi-state premium audit experience
- Strong verbal and written communication skills
- Advanced Microsoft Excel skills
