Your role in the Team
The PCM team is responsible for looking after IG's most active and valuable clients. The role itself requires the ability to understand individual client needs, personalities, and trading behaviors to proactively add value. PCM's are expected to leverage those relationships and the relationships of your own established networks to attract and onboard new high-value prospects and continue to engage with those prospects and optimize their experience. Not only is it important to build relationships with your clients but we are also responsible for building strong relationships with various internal business units to maximize delivery and service to the end client. The ability to build trust and add value to the client experience is paramount in enabling IG to achieve it's goal of powering the pursuit of financial freedom for the ambitious.
What you’ll do
- Ensure that High valued clients are contacted regularly and managed effectively.
-Proactive attitude to growing the premium client base through existing clients networks via referral. This can be premium retail traders, corporate or Institutional business
-Provide regular trade and market analysis to clients / Distribution of in office Market Analyst’s content to PCM’s
-Handling incoming dealing lines (volumes will be dictated by client activity and market volatility).
-Proactively and frequently entertaining clients (and prospects) at various events, which will include “out-of-hours” commitment on evenings and weekends, as part of your relationship management expectations.
-Adhere to a Scorecards/KPI framework set up the head of team aim to optimise role efficient and offer support

What you’ll need for this role
- Excellent knowledge and experience of financial markets
- Excellent knowledge of CFD's/Spreadbet (Derivatives)
- High attention to detail
- Excellent communication skills – the ability to communicate and develop relationships with HNW clients
-Self-motivated and able to work at a consistently high standard
-Able to travel and work in a flexible environment
- Very well organized with good time management skills
-Able to work across multiple internal businesses
